I Need Your Input

I’ve just returned from an amazing trip to New Orleans and I’m now in recovery mode. I was there attending the FinCon 2023 conference and it was the first conference that I’ve attended in recent years that truly felt like “Before COVID” If you’re interested in attending FinCon, I’ve written up a review and I’ve included a link to it here.

Next week is November! It’s wild to think that the Holiday season is just around the corner and that the end of the year is almost here as well. With that in mind, I thought it would be helpful to help the Creators Getting Paid community begin working through what is and isn’t working for their business with some workshops.

Free Workshops in November

Here are the workshops that I am hosting next month. These workshops are for people subscribed to any tier of Creators Getting Paid. I’m still working on the dates and times. I’m reaching out to see what other topics you are needing help with. Also, invite your friends to sign up for Creators Getting Paid as it’s the only way to gain access to these workshops. I’m thinking of hosting 4-6 different workshops between November 1-November 16, 2023.

Upcoming (FREE) Workshops

These are the three that I’ve settled on so far. Now I need your help to decide on additional topics to cover. Could you share in the comments below? I won’t be able to do everything suggested, but this will help me with planning.

• How to Break Up with Social Media and Still Grow Your Online Brand

  • You might be surprised to hear that I don’t really use social media for business anymore. This workshop will walk through strategies that I use to grow my brand without having to be constantly on social media.

• Evaluating and Eliminating the Unexpected Distractions That Are Keeping You From Earning Money as a Content Creator

  • If you’re frustrated about your business and are trying to figure out systems and strategies to earn more-this is the session for you. We will work through a simple framework that will help you self-assess what is creating unintentional blocks between you, creating impact for your community and earning money with your work.

• How to Sell When You’re Scared You’ll Piss People Off

  • At the heart of Creators Getting Paid is helping creators make money. But, it can feel really scary to put your offers out into the world. This workshop will help you with how to sell without fear.

Black Friday Sales

If you’re wondering if I plan on sharing some items for sale Black Friday weekend-I am planning to do that. I’m also am very seriously thinking of launching two products that I need your feedback on. • A 3-Month Mastermind that would run from January-March-I’m interested in the following:

  • What you would want covered

  • What resources within the Mastermind would make it impactful

  • Pricing that would make it make sense for you.

• Design Your Brand for 2024 Success-This would be a “live” workshop hosted at the beginning of January. I’m interested in the following:

  • What types of success would you like to achieve

    • Awards and recognition

    • Growing community

    • Affiliate income, etc.

  • What didn’t work for you in 2023?

  • What areas are you needing help with strategies, etc.

  • Pricing that would make it make sense for you.

Halloween Weekend Shenanigans

I’m not really into Halloween. But I did get to watch the New Orleans Halloween parade which felt like a mini Mardi Gras. It’s actually going to snow this weekend, so I’m bundling up and attending Día de los Muertos Parade here in town. Do you have any special plans?
