I have bills like everyone else, so my vote was monetization. I’m grateful for all the excellent monetization suggestions and direction given in your email newsletters Michelle. Even if I don’t get to scan them the day you send, I try to make a point of catching up at least once a month. Thanks!
My second choice in the poll is “Networking with Intention”.
The most rewarding projects I work/have worked are all team based projects. But it’s been difficult for me to find other creatives to work with that are interested in getting paid while agreeing on a high ethical and moral standard for the content. Being a cis white male, I’d also really like to network with more creative POC, women, and/or queer folks so our projects have a wider perspective/voice for the audience and to widen my personal perspective.
I haven’t been doing any meetups or other basic in-person networking in a while, so there’s at least one obvious thing I could get back to while looking for my next project.
How else can I start to network again?
