Why You Should Start Creating Printables

When I first started working on growing an online business, I often imagined that I would have to be in front of the camera to make things grow.
Like my income.
Many online brand builders and digital content creators are focused on recording reels, videos for YouTube and sharing endless photos of a day in their life. Then there were all of the approaches to making money online that required the creator to be “The face” of the brand.

Coaching-People typically need to see who you are in order to pay you for a service.
Webinars-You can record a webinar with your face off-video, usually though you’ll see the creator marketing and then teaching the course.
Brand Partnerships/Sponsorships-You’re almost always going to the be the “Face” of the partnership. They’ve seen you somewhere.
What If You Don’t Want to be Seen?
And Still Make Money
There are a number of ways to make money online without being the face of the product, brand or service.
Ad revenue-I have a website that I’m growing with the goal of being accepted into an ad network. Every time someone lands on the website (once I have ads) I will earn money from them seeing the ad.
Affiliate income-I’m a huge affiliate marketing fan. I just need to set up systems to keep me focused on affiliate income after the a year. It can take awhile to build up, but is so nice once you do .

Have you browsed through Etsy and found a savings tracker? Or, a beautiful home decor idea? Designing unique printables are a great way to sell a product to a large audience optimizing organic search on Etsy, Pinterest, Google, YouTube, etc.

Have you ever printed out a cute habit tracker or a coloring page? Do struggle finding a planner that suits your needs? You finally find a planner that you can purchase and print out?
Printables are literally helpful tools or fun items that you can purchase, download and print.

Who Is He?
Cody is one of the co-founders of Gold City Ventures and has made a ridiculous amount of money selling printables. I had the pleasure of speaking with him last year for Creators Getting Paid.
It was a fun, interesting and informative conversation. What I was left with was that I’m not the only person who loves building an online brand and business-with a preference of developing and growing income streams that don’t need me to dance on TikTok in order to make sales.
