I’m nervous about my new products and am working through what metrics I would like to use to define success.
Figuring out my goals for this sales season has been very tricky for me.
I think I will lean into bundles!
Beta Launches
Be upfront that it’s a Beta launch
Share very clearly that it’s a Beta launch-Be 100% transparent about it
Have the project somewhat complete but not necessarily 100% refined
You can validate the product through having some early sales

Take the time to plan out your sales push. Create a focused strategy.
Examples:
Why we need to market a lot more than we realize.
Amy Porterfield- “Online Marketing Made Easy”-She spends the entire year preparing for Doors Open in September. She only talks about her course, the name of it, etc.
Don’t Have a Project
Do an affiliate launch through the holiday season
Create content around the product that you’re an affiliate for
